How to Schedule My Appointment
To schedule an appointment with one of our artists, you’ll first want to decide if you are interested in claiming one of the Flash designs an artist has created. If you are interested in flash, you can claim a piece right away and schedule quickly. Click here to browse our Flashbook!
If you are interested in a custom piece, you might want to decide which artist you will want to commission. To help decide, click here to browse our gallery.
Whether you have an artist preference or not, once you’re ready to request a tattoo click here to fill out the request form.
After purchasing from our Flash Book or filling out a Custom Form, one of our receptionists will reach out to you to book your appointment, usually within 24 hours of submitting your request and during business hours: Sunday through Saturday from 12:00pm to 7:00pm.
If you have requested a custom design, a receptionist will send you a price breakdown.
Note: a deposit of $80 (or 20%, whichever is higher) is required to schedule an appointment with one of our artists.

Please communicate your concerns with your receptionist. Studio Lovecraft understands that tattoos are expensive, but we believe in making beautiful body art available to people of all income brackets!
We will happily offer you options for making your tattoo more affordable, including inviting you to take advantage of our risk-free payment plan: “The Piggy Bank” tattoo payment plan. We can also discuss breaking your tattoo into more affordable sessions, or simplifying your design to bring the price down.
The easiest way to request a tattoo is by filling out our form or purchasing from our Flash Book, but if you would like to schedule a consultation, please let us know! You can reach us by email or through our instagram. You can also reach a receptionist at (909) 430-1400.
If you contact us directly through email, by phone, or with a DM, please be prepared to provide your first and last name, phone number, and email address. All these things are required to enter you into our system and send your price breakdown, as well as updates to your appointment, usually via email and/or text.
Note: Studio Lovecraft respects your privacy and will never sell any information provided or spam you by any method of contact you provide us. If you have any questions or concerns, please let us know via phone or text (909) 430-1400. Reception will only contact you from this number, please never send money to anyone claiming to be from our Studio if they contact you from a different number, or by paying invoices not sent from or hosted at StudioLovecraft.com.
